Event Policies

​Cut Line

Ties for the cut line will be determined by the USGA recommended last hole of the round being played going back till tie broken. This will apply to any cuts that need to be made in the events that we run.

Weather Policies

The intent of the BGA Committee is to complete a 54 Hole Event. In the event of inclement weather or darkness, we have policies on how each situation will be handled.

In the case of lightning, players will be pulled from the course until the weather has cleared. In the case of rain, players will play the event unless the course is deemed unplayable.

In the case of darkness, players will be given the option to finish the round under the darkness conditions or return to the course to finish the round at a time deemed by the BGA Committee and the Golf Course Superintendent.

If everyone finishes 9 holes but doesn't finish 18, the 9-hole scores will count for day 1-2-3. Cuts and card offs will start from 9 back.
